We are a hands-on design studio that specializes in reviving old homes with a fresh, approachable and sympathetic touch.

Our work is guided by the principle that there is great value to be found in listening to each historic property’s unique story. Using thoughtful, sustainable practices and quality materials, we restore the character and charm of older homes and infuse them with our own distinct interior styling. This commitment to quality and authenticity in our properties extends outward to the surrounding communities by preserving, celebrating and valuing local heritage and our region’s beautiful and unique architectural story.

Allison and Tim have been working on houses together since 2020. They live in the Mid-Hudson Valley with their daughter, Lucy, two long sighthounds named Tupelo and Rhino, and a cranky cat named Penny.

Their properties have been featured in The New York Times, Upstater Magazine, Chronogram and For the Love of Old Houses.
