Allison and Tim are two creatives who began their first restoration project in 2020 when they moved to the Hudson Valley to become homeowners. Their early 20th C Foursquare had been stripped of most of its original charm by prior owners and was clad in vinyl inside and out, but they saw what it could be by restoring as much of its authentic self.

Since then they have purchased and worked on five more properties between the Hudson Valley and the Catskills. Tim, an accomplished musician and former FDNY firefighter, skillfully manages and works alongside their team of trusted craftspeople to ensure all construction is finished to quality standards. Allison was trained as a jeweler and previously ran her own line of jewelry. She has translated her unique creative vision into the sourcing and curated interior design that brings their properties to life.

Though always down to travel for a good project, their home base is in the Mid-Hudson Valley where they live in a 200 year old farmhouse that was most recently used as a funeral home. It is a true labor of love, which they are slowly restoring in their free time.
